Who:

We are three unemployed people in the United States of America who have done something the biggest corporations and some politicians claim they can’t do:  Create jobs.

We created three jobs.

Only 24,999,997 to go.

What:

We want to help people find work.  We don’t have any easy answers — if we did, we would all have jobs with health insurance (especially Kathleen, who is disabled due to Afghanistan war injuries).

Kathleen is a jobless job counselor, and she doesn’t have the answer after 200+ job applications.

We want to tell the stories of people who are out of work.  We began this blog by telling our own.

We want Americans with jobs to meet some of the 25 million other Americans who are unemployed.

We want to dispel myths about unemployment, i.e. The jobless are lazy.  We’re proof that’s not true!

We want to tell the stories of employers who create jobs.

We think these are the true patriots:  Americans hiring their neighbors in the worst recession we’ve known.

Real jobs with real wages.

When:

Jobs!  Now!

Where:

Every state.  Every city or town with the highest unemployment rates.

Why:

In the self-declared “richest country on earth”, WHY are 25 million people unemployed?

(To get a grip on this, the population of Texas is about 25 million.)

How:

One story, one photo at a time.  One job at a time.
